Milled Bar Order

Osteon designs a Nexus titanium bar to the provided validated tooth-setup.

Ordering Process:

• Upload a validated tooth design - This must be a file that requires no further changes to the tooth setup, occlusion etc.
• Upload construction info file - If final tooth position wasn't designed by Osteon.
• Receive a HTML Approval to check the bar design in relation to the tooth setup.
• After Approval - The bar will continue to production, and the split-file overlay STL will be provided for milling in-house.

Receive from Osteon Medical:

• Milled titanium Nexus bar with light polish on the intaglio and superficial sandblasting on the cementation surface.
• Split file overlay for in-house milling.
• Screws, including Biaxial if implemented. Does not include driver.
• Finishing model files also included.

The milled bar option is for labs who are after a Nexus style titanium framework, a proven solution that has been used successfully for thousands of full-arch cases world wide.

The lab mills the overlay in-house in their choice of material, ie. PMMA, Composite or Zirconia.
