The Connect Cloud home page is known as the inbox. All the cases and orders placed by you or your clinicians will land here for processing.
Use the inbox tabs to organize cases by order status or production progress.
Cases will be automatically categorized based on the stages progressed after library association. Cases may have multiple flags associated to them and therefore can sit in multiple categories at once. This can be manually adjusted in the case overview.
Case Review
Click on any case in the inbox to open it for review/action.
Order Details
The general information regarding the submitted case. Case status tags can be added or removed for simpler inbox organization.
Order Form
This is the collated information submitted by the lab at order. It is based solely on the Custom RX form - It is the labs responsibility to use this feature and request the information necessary from the clinician. Fields can be made mandatory or not at the labs discretion - read more here.
Scan Gauge Alignment
The Scan Gauge alignment module shows the submitted scans, before or after the library association step. If the case has not yet been associated to the unique library, begin association to progress further.
Case Chat
The case chat module is a preview window of the Chat & Notes tab. This includes case communication with Osteon or the ordering clinician. Find all the approval files and any designs associated with the case here to review or download for production.
Scan Gauge Kit
This module shows the Scan Gauge Kit that was chosen at the time of order by the clinician. Its critical that the same Scan Gauge Kit that was used to scan was input, or picked from the list during ordering. If the wrong Scan Gauge Kit was chosen, the correct one from the licensed kits will need to be chosen.
Important: Scan Gauge Kits not licensed to the Nexus Connect Lab account cannot be used as the unique library is not available to the lab. Existing Scan Gauge Kits owned by a clinician cannot be retroactively used with a Nexus Connect Lab account.
Open Osteon Orders
This module shows the basic information of previously submitted orders. The Osteon Case Reference is important when discussing any case outside of Nexus Connect Lab. Note the case progress here.
