Account Access

Connect Cloud includes a range of options to make your use of the software as simple possible.

Account Access

Here is listed all users that have access to the Nexus Connect Lab account.

There are two member tiers, Owner and Member.

• Owners have complete access to all account information and can promote other users to owner.
• Member view is restricted to case-related content and does not have billing or major setting access.

Add User

Additional account access can be added by simply using the Add User function and inputting the staff members information. Phone number is not mandatory.
