Cases ordered from Osteon have varied turnaround times. Abutment position exports (Scan Body and Healing Cap) can be downloaded immediately after library association.
Times are estimates and are based on local working days (Pacific Standard Time or Australian Eastern Time)
Tooth Designs:
- Initial Design: 4-5 Days
- Minor Changes (No addition/subtraction of teeth): 2 Days
- Major Changes (redesign, screw/platform change etc.): 4-5 Days
Milled Bar Order:
Important: Milled bar orders require a final fixed tooth position at time of order. It is strongly recommended to create a Try-In and finalizing design before ordering a milled Nexus bar.
No changes to the teeth or aesthetics can be made at this stage. Order for a new Tooth Design if required.

- Production: 3 Days

Finished Nexus Order:
Important: Finished Nexus orders require all accurately acquired scan data and completed special requests to effectively and efficiently provide designs.
- Initial Design: 4-5 Days
- Minor Changes (No addition/subtraction of teeth): 2 Days
- Major Changes (redesign, screw/platform change etc.): 4-5 Days
- Try-In Upload: 1 Day
- Production (After final approval): 15 Days
